Dave Carlin is Designated Managing Broker and Owner of Carlin Realty. Carlin Realty is a proud member of the approximately 19,000 member Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. Dave serves on Mainstreet's Board of Directors and previously served as Vice-Chair of Mainstreet's Professional Standards Committee and Chairman and Vice Chairman of Mainstreet's Government Affairs Central Committee. 

Diane Ford Carlin has nearly 40-years of real estate experience having worked as an Illinois Real Estate Sales Person, Managing Broker Owner, and Broker. Diane has represented buyers and sellers in millions of dollars worth of real estate transactions throughout Chicago and the suburbs. Diane is a proud mother of four adult children and "Nana" to  10 grandchildren.

Prior to venturing into the world of real estate, Beth worked as a Mutual Fund Accountant for Northern Trust Corporation, Jackson National Asset Management, Mid-states Corporate Federal Credit Union and in purchasing for Edelman.  Beth and Dave spend their free time on soccer fields, pool decks, in gymnasiums, and running 4 kids to school and other activities around Naperville.
